Job Description:
This role supports the efficient operation of Hall Brown Insurance, LLC by performing a variety of clerical support and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibi l i t ies:
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Maintains e-filing systems, data entry as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares typed summaries of data when needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
