Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to executive management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
2. Assist with the organization and coordination of team meetings, events, and offsite activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
3. Maintain and update internal databases, tracking spreadsheets, and filing systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Perform data entry tasks, including inputting sales data, updating contact lists, and managing expense reports.
5.Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
6.Provide support to the sales, marketing, and product development teams, assisting with document preparation, presentations, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
7.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and directing requests to the appropriate team members.

1.A High School diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or a related field is a plus.
2. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or technology industries.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana or Trello.
4.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a high level of professionalism.
6.Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.Passion for the fitness industry and a deep understanding of GymUnite's mission and values
