Job Description:
Pack Power Services is seeking a dependable Administrative Support Specialist to help streamline our office operations and support our team with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities that contribute to daily business efficiency. This role plays an important part in facilitating communication, organizing information, and supporting both internal teams and external partners using standard office software and communication tools.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
• Manage incoming calls, routing inquiries, and providing accurate information
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for team members
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations using office productivity tools
• Support procurement processes including tracking orders and supplies
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams with professionalism
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in office administration or similar support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
