Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the daily activities of reception and administrative support staff.
Establish and implement office procedures and administrative workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Prepare employee work schedules and assign daily administrative duties.
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to administrative employees.
Monitor appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk operations to maintain a high level of customer service.
Ensure patient records and administrative documents are maintained accurately and confidentially in accordance with clinic policies and applicable privacy legislation.
Coordinate office communications and administrative support for healthcare practitioners.
Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate the purchasing of administrative supplies and equipment.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new administrative staff.
Prepare administrative reports and maintain operational records.
Resolve administrative issues and patient service concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Recommend and implement improvements to administrative procedures and office efficiency.
Perform other related supervisory and administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Completion of a college diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
OR
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role with demonstrated supervisory experience.
Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic scheduling systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Completion of a college diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
OR
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role with demonstrated supervisory experience.
