Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate daily office administrative procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Establish work priorities, assign tasks to administrative and office support staff, and ensure deadlines and company procedures are followed.
• Coordinate office services including purchasing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, managing forms, scheduling maintenance services, and handling vendor communication.
• Conduct administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, inventory tracking, and project coordination for store improvements or operational changes.
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain budgetary and inventory controls for office and store administrative supplies.
• Assemble data and prepare routine and special reports, internal memos, manuals, and business correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems for store records, invoices, contracts, and administrative documents.
• Supervise and train office administrative staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Support store management with scheduling, performance tracking, and general administrative planning.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or supervisory experience.
