At this time, we are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and coordinate a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations
• Establish office procedures and priorities, ensure deadlines are met
• Handle administrative procedures related to budgeting, expenses, and other day-to-day operational processes
• Assemble data and maintain company records
• Assist with preparation of special reports, correspondence, and content development
• Manage and maintain inventory, purchase supplies and equipment, when necessary
• Coordinate the use and organization of office space
• Perform other administrative coordination duties, as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
• Secondary school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of office administration experience
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Fluent English
WORK CONDITIONS
• Permanent, full-time position
• $36.00 per hour
• 35 hours of work per week
• Overtime pay ($54.00) applies after 44 hours of work per week
• Work location: 18 Ardsley Street, Mississauga, ON L5N 1G2.
