Administrative Officer Job

This position of Administrative Officer is responsible for focusing on administrative work related to student enrolment in Canadian colleges and universities. Main focus is to guide the students and promote available study options for onshore students based on their background, financial background and availability of study options in order for the company to improve sales and increase the presence in different community segments inside Canada.

•Provide administrative support in day to day operation by attending calls, emails, mail distribution and meeting arrangements; including presentations and report preparation.
•Provide required one on one guidance to students in selecting the right program for their higher studies.
•Submit applications to universities/colleges and coordinate with administration on behalf of the students
•Arrange meetings with overseas clients and in Canada clients, conferences, event attendance, resources, travel arrangements and amenities
