Administrative Officer/ NOC 13100
Tio Renovations and Landscaping is looking for an Administrative Officer to conduct all the duties of the
position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.
Job Type: Permanent/ full-time
Salary: $34.80/hour
Number of vacancies: 1

Main Duties:
• Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new procedures,
• Create work priorities and make sure that the deadlines are met, and all procedures are going well,
• Plan for the office services (forms, equipment, supplies and maintenance)
• Manage administrative operations such as budgeting and project planning,
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets,
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents,
• Maintain and update company databases
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders,
