Job Duties:
• Coordinate and carry out daily office administrative procedures for the insurance office, and review existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish work priorities for administrative tasks and ensure office procedures, internal policies, and deadlines are consistently followed.
• Coordinate office services such as workspace organization, office equipment and supply procurement, forms management, records filing, maintenance services, and security arrangements.
• Administer internal administrative policies and procedures related to client records, insurance documentation, and confidential information in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
• Conduct administrative analyses related to budgeting, contracting with service providers, and planning administrative activities that support insurance operations.
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain budgetary and inventory controls for office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
• Assemble administrative and operational data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and professional correspondence for management and regulatory purposes.

Job Requirement:
• A university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in office administration or clerical support in a professional office environment is required.
