Duties of the user support technician include:
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring company administrative procedures are efficient and properly followed.
• Establish work priorities, assign tasks to office and dispatch support staff, and monitor progress to meet internal deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for freight contracts, driver schedules, permits, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate office services including equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and communication with external vendors.
• Assist management with budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial summaries and reports.
• Review and improve administrative systems to support smooth logistics, dispatch, and customer service functions.
• Draft correspondence, forms, and internal manuals to standardize company policies and office processes.
• Support project planning and document control for new transportation routes, fleet expansion, and safety audits.
