Administrative officer Job

The Administration Officer provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the childcare centre. Duties include receiving and responding to calls and emails, preparing and filing administrative documents, maintaining records and databases, assisting management with reports and scheduling, and performing basic accounting and office support tasks.

Completion of secondary school; post-secondary education in administration or a related field is an asset.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, email).
Ability to communicate in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
