Oasis Health Care Services 24/7 Inc. is looking for a full-time permanent Administrative Officer to assist in running our firm. You could join immediately.
Location: 977 HOLTBY CRT, London, ON, N6G 0W9
Position Title: Administrative Officer
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $25.80 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Language of Work: English
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and managing client relationships.
Handling budgets, payroll, billing, and invoicing processes.
Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Collaborating with recruiters to facilitate the hiring process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Resolving issues that arise in day-to-day operations, both internally and externally.
Assessing the performance of administrative staff and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation related to staffing placements, contracts, and compliance.
Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Education:
1 year to less than 2 years
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
