We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our administrative department and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and daily office operations.
Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Support HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records management.
Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and company documentation.
Coordinate company meetings, events, and travel logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management as needed.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative or office management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management is an asset.
