Job Description:
Oversee and evaluate the performance of departments delivering administrative services.
Manage the daily operations of departments providing single or multiple administrative services.
Coordinate the collection and accurate recording of administrative and service fees.
Plan, organize, direct, monitor, and assess departmental activities to ensure efficient operations.
Supervise and provide guidance to staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative functions.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory compliance procedures.
Recruit, train, and develop staff, or coordinate training programs as needed.
Plan, manage, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Prepare detailed reports and briefings for management committees assessing administrative services.
Organize and maintain inventories, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
