Job Duties
. Interview, hire, and train staff, or coordinate training programs as needed
. Supervise, guide, and support staff involved in records management, finance, HR, procurement, security, and other administrative functions
. Hire, onboard, and oversee the training and development of administrative personnel
. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of administrative departments
. Oversee the delivery of a single administrative service or manage departments handling multiple administrative functions
. Coordinate the provision of various administrative services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
. Monitor and assess departmental operations to ensure optimal service delivery
. Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets
. Plan, oversee, and control budgets related to client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
. Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
. Collect, record, and reconcile administrative and service-related fees
. Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
. Manage and improve knowledge systems and record-keeping processes
. Prepare reports and briefing documents for management committees evaluating administrative operations
. Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets
