Duties and Responsibilities as an Administrative Manager(NOC10019) but not limited
1. Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of departments providing administrative services, such as logistics, customs clearance, and documentation, which are integral to food import and export.
2. Directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services, ensuring all processes align with the requirements of food import and export regulations and standards.
3. Directing and controlling corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures, ensuring all food import and export activities comply with international trade laws, food safety regulations, and customs requirements.
4. Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all aspects of food import and export operations.
5. Preparing reports and briefs for management committees, providing insights into the performance of food import and export operations and suggesting areas for improvement.
6. Interviewing, hiring, and overseeing training for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support food import and export operations, such as understanding of customs procedures, food safety regulations, and international trade laws.
7. Overseeing the administrative aspects of the supply chain, ensuring efficient and compliant processes in food procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
8. Overseeing the administrative aspects of customer service, ensuring effective resolution of customer issues and complaints related to food import and export.
9. Identifying and managing various risks the company faces in its food import and export operations, such as supply chain disruptions, currency fluctuations, and changes in trade regulations.
10. Driving continuous improvement in the company's administrative processes, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness in food import and export operations, such as streamlining customs clearance procedures, enhancing logistics efficiency, and improving supplier management.
