About the Vacancy:
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to lead the company’s strategic operations, strengthen business performance, and support the continued growth of our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily office operations to support efficient delivery of real estate, administrative, and client services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflow standards to ensure smooth coordination across all functional areas of the business.
• Supervise, guide, and support administrative staff to ensure timely completion of client inquiries, document preparation, listing coordination, and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee compliance and accuracy of real estate documentation, client files, agreements, and internal records.
• Coordinate budgeting, monitor office expenditures, and collaborate with the bookkeeper on invoicing, payroll, expense tracking, and preparation of financial summaries for the owner.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment standards, privacy obligations, occupational health and safety requirements, and industry-specific documentation practices.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, technology, and service contracts, negotiating with vendors as required.
• Support business planning, marketing initiatives, performance tracking, and preparation of internal reports to contribute to company growth.
• Identify operational improvements and streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication among team members to ensure smooth coordination of listings, sales activities, client follow-ups, and transaction support.
A Successful Candidate must possess the following:
• A University Degree or College Diploma in a related field such as Commerce, Management or Business Administration, etc.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a senior administrative or managerial role.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Compensation and Conditions:
• Pay for this position will be $51.00 per hour
• A regular work week will consist of at least 30 hours
• Overtime may be occasionally required and will be paid at 1½ your regular pay after 44 hours per week
• Work location: 480 Eglinton Ave. W., #30, Mississauga, Ontario, L5R 0G2
