Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company to meet project goals based onthe CEO’s instruction and company agenda.
• Allocate human and financial resources to implement company policies and meet project goals.
• Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and assist with acquiring new clients.
• Manage and oversee staff to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are being met.
• Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.
• Prepare reports and briefs for the executive board.
• Interview, hire and oversee training for staff.
Qualifications:
• High school certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
