We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions at our on-site location. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating departmental operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and supporting management decision-making through detailed reporting.
This position requires strong organizational leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing multiple administrative functions within a business environment. The role is strictly on-site and does not allow remote work.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative operations, management, or related supervisory role
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Evaluate & manage the operations of administrative department
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources and other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment.
- Interview, hire, supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff
- Plan, administer, and control departmental budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Prepare reports, operational briefs, and presentations for management and executive committees
- Improve processes, identify gaps, optimize department workflow, and recommend best practices
- Perform other relevant job duties.
