Paladin Security Group Ltd.in Burnaby is looking for a Full-time position for one Administrative Manager to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 3001 Wayburne Drive suite 201, Burnaby, BC, V5G 4W3
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $54.36 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Full-Time
Job duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establish
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Interview, hire and provide training for staff
Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
