Job Description:
Role: Administrative/Education Specialist

Duration: Fulltime
Location: Lakewood, CO 80228

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Education & Operations Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and promotion of the Firm’s educational initiatives and assist with day-to-day operational tasks. This dual-role position involves event coordination, marketing, IT and billing support, and administrative assistance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person education events.
Manage webinars, registration, event promotion, CE certificates, and reporting.
Handle educational marketing via email and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Assist with budgeting and fee collection for education events.
Support IT functions such as help desk troubleshooting and client credential updates.
Assist with billing, payment tracking, and basic accounting tasks (e.g., W9, 1099 support).
Provide backup administrative support, including document formatting and mass mailings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional office experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; social media platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, Photoshop, or legal admin tools (Practice Master, Worldox) a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team.
Flexible availability for occasional after-hours events.
