Currently, we are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to assist with our office works. The sucessful candidate will perform the following duties:
-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
-Prepare, proofread, and process invoices, reports, and other documents
-Answer phone calls, repond to emails, and greet clients in a professional manner
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
-Maintain digital and physical filing systems
-Order office supplies and track inventory
-Assist management and technicians with documentation, forms, and customer communications

The sucessful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
-Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of post-secondary certificate or diploma in related admin or finance field is preferred
-2-3 years of office admin experience is required
-Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to follow instructions, and cooperate effectively as part of a team
