Currently, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team for a full-time, permanent position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail, as well as other materials, while coordinating the flow of information internally and with other organizations
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for the employer
Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relay telephone calls and messages
Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems
Determine and establish office procedures
Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them to the employer or the appropriate person
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the General Manager
Terms & Conditions:
● Permanent, full-time employment - 30 hours per week
● Compensation: $28.50 per hour. An overtime rate of $42.75 per hour will apply after 44 hours of work per week.
● Work location: 40 Winges Road, Unit 10, Vaughan, ON L4L 6B2
