Job Description:
Administrative Assistant
Across Border Visa is an Immigration Consultancy business that provides a wide range of immigration services and is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time position for an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties:
Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.
Prepare correspondence.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Answer calls and relay messages, fax, make copies, and perform other general clerical duties as required.
Greet visitors, note their queries, and direct them to the appropriate person.
Purchase and maintain an inventory of office supplies, make sure all office equipment is in good repair, and schedule service when needed.
Record, maintain, and update the client’s information.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations as required.
We are offering $ 27.00/ hr. for 35 hours per week.

Required skills
Completion of Secondary School
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other programs for administrative assistants or secretaries, OR a minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
Strong listening skills with patience.
Good English communication skills. Excellent phone manners and attention to detail
