Electramax Energy Services Inc. has immediate opening for administrative assistant (TEER: 13110) at our location in Brampton, Ontario.
• Answer phones and emails and respond to customer inquiries.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedure
• Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Schedule electricians for residential and commercial jobs.
• Create and send invoices to clients; follow up on payments.
• Order materials and supplies for upcoming projects.
• Maintain job files, permits, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Prepare reports for management on job status and costs.
• Ensure safety and compliance records are up to date.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required.
• Experience at clerical position related to office administration is usually required.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35 hours/week)
• Compensation: $36.10/hour
