Position: Administrative Assistant (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: $27.50/Hourly for 30- 40 hours/week

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Job Duties:
• Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
• Answer telephones and provide information to callers, receive messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
• Set up and manage paper or electronic filing system, invoice preparation and maintaining other documents
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Maintain office inventory and ordering office supplies from vendors
