Key Responsibilities
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events
Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
Determine and implement office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
Supervise and train other administrative staff
Handle reports, contracts, and invoice documentation
Required Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent oral communication
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Qualifications
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative or clerical role
Work Conditions
Attention to detail and repetitive tasks
Fast-paced office setting
Supervision and training responsibilities
