Wage: $34.70/hour for 40 hours/week + 4% vacation pay
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education is required.
• 7 months to 1 years of relevant experience is required; on the job training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Receive and direct visitors and clients.
• Communicate on a daily basis with staff to maintain schedules.
• Create and manage files and folders, client details.
• Establish work priorities.
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Keep the record of day-to-day office expenditure.
• May supervise and train other staff members.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
