Job Description:
Nation Rise Immigration Services Ltd. is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their office located at 225-8028 128th Street Surrey BC, V3W 4E9. This is a full-time/permanent job position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
Job Duties for this position:
-Greet and assist clients
-Handling office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, emailing, etc.
-Work to meet deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met on time
-Review and proofread application forms and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
-Providing real- time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
-Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
-Maintain polite and professional communication via telephone, emails and mails
-Using computers to prepare and verify invoices & retainers.
-Establish and implement office procedures.
-Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
-Maintain physical and electronic filing system.

Requirements for the Position:
-Completion of secondary school is required
-1 year of experience is required
-English as a language skill is required
The Compensation Package includes the following:
-$25.00 per hour
-4% vacation pay
-Term of Employment : Permanent, Full-time position
