Permanent Position : Administrative Assistant (NOC #13110)

Location: Unit 212 – 13588 88 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 3K8
Wage Rate: $25.00 Hourly for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Education: High School, Diploma will be an asset.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required
Languages: English
Job Duties:
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, publications, reports, forms and other related documents.
• Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
