Hallelujah Financial Centre Ltd. is looking for Permanent, Full-time Administrative assistant who could join with us immediately. The details are given below.

Location: 331 TRUDELLE STREET Suite 70, Scarborough, ONM1J 3J9
Position Available: One (1)
Work setting & location: Finance and insurance, Urban area
Compensation: $ 27.50 per hour
Work hours: 32 hours/ per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Language of work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Coordinate the flow of information within the team
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage contracts
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

Skill Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant Experience
