Administrative Assistant Job

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support remotely
• Manage emails, calendars, and virtual appointments
• Prepare and organize documents and reports
• Perform basic data entry and recordkeeping
• Coordinate virtual meetings and follow up on tasks
• Communicate with team members and external contacts
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures
