As an administrative assistant, the ideal candidate is required to complete the following tasks

【Job Description】

- Prepare shipping Invoice to shippers and receivers
- Collect data and generate regular and special report by using MS excel
- Answer and reply phone calls, check mailbox on daily basis and reply email inquires
- Schedule and confirm appointments when needed
- Organize and arrange office services such as, equipment supplies, forms, asset disposal
- Helps prepare inventory lists and maintain budgets under control
- Key in and maintain services data into computerized information filing system
- In assist of establishing office procedures
- Monitor and regulate the administrative procedures for the daily work of the office
- Greet customers and direct walk-in customers to meeting area
- Write or record meeting minutes when needed
- Arrange meeting schedule and make reservations when needed
- Train new office co-wokers for administrative procedures and current software systems
- Be familiar with online cloud services e.g. Google Drive
- Good at utilizing computer software and the advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
- Good team player who is organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving in a changing environment
- Ability to effectively negotiate and present issues in a clear concise manner
