KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Draft, input, revise, and proofread a variety of documents, such as correspondence, invoices, and reports from both dictation and handwritten sources.
Organize and manage incoming mail and digital communications, ensuring smooth information flow within the company.
Arrange and confirm meetings according to the directives given.
Regularly monitor the inventory of office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for the company.
Handle phone and electronic inquiries, forwarding messages as necessary.
Develop and sustain manual and electronic filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
Formulate and enforce office procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Record meeting minutes and prepare related reports for clarification and dissemination.
Organize travel arrangements and make reservations, while also providing training and guidance to office staff.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of secondary school is required. A post-secondary education or higher is an asset.
Minimum 1 year of clerical experience is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
