Position: Administrative Assistant
Wage: C$35 Per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours / week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:
• Prepare and format various documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage an effective filing system for client records and financial documents.
• Develop and implement office procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and mail distribution.
• Respond to phone calls and other inquiries, providing clients with information or directing their questions to the appropriate team member.
• Welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the right personnel within the firm.
• Organize the scheduling of client meetings, appointments, and internal team discussions.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow-ups on action items.
• Maintain office supplies and track inventory, ensuring the office is well-equipped.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a bookkeeping or financial services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
