Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate Services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resourceful, problem solver, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Client Support:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate clients.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Effectively communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds

Transaction Coordination:
* Coordinate complex international property transactions, including property searches, due diligence, and closings.
* Manage logistics and paperwork associated with cross-border real estate deals.

Documentation and Reporting:
* Prepare and organize a wide range of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and property reports.
* Create detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.

Issue Resolution:
* Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns related to real estate transactions in a timely and professional manner.

Travel Support:
* Occasionally travel domestically or internationally to support client meetings and property inspections.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or real estate environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
