Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly Wage: $26.50
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Location of Work: Port Coquitlam, BC

Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist in daily administrative operations, including handling correspondence, emails, and scheduling appointments
-Maintain and update student records, enrollment files, and other essential documentation
-Support the management team by preparing reports, memos, and other communication materials
-Greet and assist parents, staff, and visitors, providing information about programs and policies
-Process payments, invoices, and maintain financial records in coordination with accounting personnel
-Organize and manage office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains efficient and well-stocked
-Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions
-Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information, following licensing regulations and privacy policies
-Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and service providers as required
-Support event planning and coordination for school activities, special programs, and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
-Completion of Secondary School is required
-Prior administrative experience required
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and organizational skills is a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
