Administrative Assistant Job

At this time, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who could provide general administrative support.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Manage phone calls and e-mail correspondence and coordinate the flow of information
• Ensure clients receive accurate, prompt, and professional responses to their inquiries
• Prepare and process invoices, corporate credit card expenses, and cheque requisitions
• Assemble data and reports and maintain company records
• Manage inventory of office supplies, purchase supplies, when necessary
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Permanent, full-time position
- $26.00 per hour
- 35 hours of work per week
- Occasional overtime may be required and will be reimbursed at the rate of $39.00/ hour after 44 hours of work per week
- Office location: 62 Railside Road, North York, ON M3A 1A3

• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants/ secretaries OR previous clerical/ office administration experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience related to office administration
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Fluent English
