We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the efficient day-to-day operations of our office.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Assist with preparing invoices, reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
• Coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Compile and update company databases with accurate and timely information.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
• At least 7 months of experience in a similar role is required
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
Compensation and conditions:
• Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours
• The remuneration will be set at CAD$34.50 per hour
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
