Requirements:
• Completion of college diploma
• 2-year related working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly fashion, ensure reception and office is tidy.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
• Arrange and coordinate business meetings, workshops, seminars and other events.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling system.
• Assist in hiring and training new staff.
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for the director.
