Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties:-
• Receive and relay phone calls and messages.
• Welcome individuals and guide them to relevant contacts or service areas
• Gather data, statistics, and other relevant information.
• Organize and plan seminars, conferences, and similar events
• Facilitate the dissemination of information within the team
• Oversee and manage daily operations and create and manage the budget and spending
• Organize and plan daily activities and give training additional workers
• Supervise other team members and provide training for staff
• Identify and set office procedures and workflows.
• Schedule and verify appointments and respond to electronic inquiries
• Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and reservations.
• Oversee contracts and carry out basic bookkeeping duties
• Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
