Duties and responsibility:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet guests and direct them to the right department
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Handling administrative requests and queries from all departments
• Take detailed minutes of meetings
• Handle paperwork for other departments of the company
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations

• Completion of secondary school is required;
• Have 1-to-2-year experience in clerical role;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft office suite;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Able to work under minimal supervision;
• Attention to details, punctual, and accountable;
• Diplomatic and have strong interpersonal skills.
