Shree Ambe Ontario Inc. O/A Regal Motel has immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant (NOC: 13110) at our location in South porcupine, Ontario.

As an Administrative Assistant (NOC: 13110) you will perform some or all of the following duties:

• Greet and direct guests to appropriate contacts or service areas within the organization.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests through phone and email and relaying messages and calls to appropriate contacts.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members or departments.
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials, coordinating the flow of information internally and with other departments or management.
• Enter new reservations into the booking system and ensure customer portals are kept current.
• Develop and implement front desk and office procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Organize and coordinate guest appointments, special requests, and room bookings as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks related to motel operations, such as data entry and filing.
• Draft, proofread, and edit guest communications, promotional materials, and internal documents.
• Prepare and compile occupancy and sales reports, as well as track pending guest requests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for management and other staff as required.
• Order and monitor inventory, tack orders and arrange supplies for guest rooms, housekeeping, and the office to ensure timely availability.
• Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for important records and information.
• Arrange travel schedules and make necessary reservations for management or guests.
• Assist in training and supervising other staff to maintain service standards.
• Update and distribute company policies and procedures to ensure all staff have easy access.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous 1 to 2 years of clerical experience is required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $28.50/hour
