Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring a well-organized environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications related to consulting projects and client inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from strategy sessions and project meetings.
- Coordinate and organize company events, workshops, and training sessions focused on consulting innovations and team development.
- Create, maintain, and update electronic and physical filing systems for project documents and client records.
- Prepare and edit proposals, project reports, and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, including client data and proprietary consulting methodologies.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service and addressing consulting-related inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and manage correspondence with clients and industry vendors.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and vendors, ensuring smooth integration.
- Support consultants and project managers with administrative tasks related to project management.
- Maintain project documentation and track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for consulting projects.
- Support the preparation of project reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
