Job Description:
Job Duties:
1. Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
2. Draft, revise, and manage documents such as correspondence, invoices, technical presentations, and reports.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to relevant team members and ensuring timely responses.
4. Organize and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls, prepare necessary materials and support smooth logistical arrangements.
5. Record minutes during meetings, distribute summaries to relevant team members, and track action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
6. Monitor and manage inventory of office and tech supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure the team has the necessary resources to work efficiently.
7. Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and secure storage of both administrative and technical documents.

2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
3. 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency with office software such as Word and Excel.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
