Administrative Assistant Job

•Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related materials from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
• Open and distribute incoming mail (regular and electronic) and coordinate the flow of information internally and externally.
•Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
•Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relay messages as needed.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
• Establish and maintain office procedures.
• Greet visitors, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate person.
•Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
•Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
•Compile data, statistics, and other information to support operations.
•May supervise and train office staff on procedures and software usage.

Relevant field experience.
Knowledge of Auto motive parts.
Familiar with Sage software.
Completion of Secondary School is required.
•Completion of a one- or two-year college program for administrative assistants/secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
Proficiency in English.
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
