JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Officer at HR Hubspot Consulting will support day-to-day office operations by managing procedures, organizing records, and assisting with budgeting tasks. They will help maintain efficient administrative processes to support the delivery of IT training and consulting services.

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Administrative Officer at HR Hubspot Training Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and implement new processes
• Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
• Conduct analyses of administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning
• Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Administer policies and procedures related to records management and privacy legislation.
• May supervise administrative clerks and related staff.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration is required.
• One year to less than two years of relative administrative experience is required.
