JOB DESCRIPTION
Trassic Solutions Ltd., a company providing smart home and office solutions to business and residential clients, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role is integral in facilitating communication and ensuring efficient office operations as we connect smart devices and promote renewable energy solutions.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $37/Hour

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Administrative Assistant at Trassic Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, providing exceptional service and relaying messages as needed.
• Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports, and related materials from machine dictation and handwritten copy, ensuring clarity and accuracy to reflect our high standards in smart technology and renewable energy.
• Open and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications, coordinating the flow of information internally and with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for team members, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory, contributing to a smooth and well-equipped work environment.
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, providing exceptional service and relaying messages as needed.
• Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and direct them appropriately.
• Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to information regarding our smart home and solar solutions.
• Determine and establish office procedures that align with our innovative approach to technology and client service.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring all discussions regarding projects and initiatives are documented accurately.
• Arrange client visits for team members as necessary.
• Assist in compiling data, statistics, and other information to support research activities related to smart technologies and renewable energy solutions.
• Assist in organizing conferences and events that promote our smart home and solar energy solutions.
