- Welcome and greet visitors
- Developing and upholding office filling system
- Organize meetings and schedules for employer
- Inputting/updating information into spreadsheets and database
- Overseeing office activities and inventory data
- Reordering and restocking office material as required
- Organize and maintain record keeping systems
- Address messages, emails and phone calls
- Edit and proofread invoices, presentations, reports etc..
- Compile data and information for research purposes

- Secondary (High) School Certification
- Language (English)
- 2 year Experience preferred
