Job Description:
One Stop Legal Services Ltd. is looking for 1 Administrative Assistant who can start immediately. The offices are located at Calgary, Alberta T3N 1V9.
Wages: $29.50 per hour for 35 hours per week
Benefits: As per Alberta standards
Terms of Employment: Full time permanent position
Applicants with part time availability to cover full time shift are encouraged to apply
The offices are open 09.30 to 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday.
Employment conditions: Morning, Day
Job requirements: Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Provide Customer Service
Other knowledge/ skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Docs
Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Client focus and Reliability
Work Conditions and capabilities: Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks and attention to detail
